Whole Campsite Exclusive Hire with Forest School Fun
If you fancy gathering a group & having the site to yourselves we can make that happen too. Our events venue, with its large pizza oven and fire-pit/grill, is ideal to use in conjunction with camping & forest school for any family celebration, workplace team building, church group meet-up or youth group camp out. Forest School with archery and air rifle shooting is set at the top end of the woodland and is a great location for some group or family fun. We are able to provide bespoke hire of all of these spaces with exclusive use of Forest School, the camp-site & events venue. We can tailor make thing too, so please get in touch.

When can you arrive? Arrive from 4pm on your first day.
How long can we stay? Stay for two nights and leave by mid-day after your two night stay.
What will this cost? Prices start at £600 in low season (April & May up to half term & September) to £700 in high season (May half term, June, July & August)
What is included? Two nights with 5 self pitches in the camping field, these can take more than five tents in an exclusive hire situation, their size varies, but two are 7x7m and the other three slightly less, two shepherds huts with double beds & bedding and fold out beds for the kids, one double ‘pig arc’ with air bed, two four/five berth pitched tent with air-beds & one kitted out tent with raised double bed and bedding & two single airbeds, as well as all the extras and one hideaway pitch. All our accommodation has a fire pit, BBQ, a single burner gas camping hob & kettle & basic crockery & cutlery.
There is a shared kitchen space and a shared covered communal space.
Can we stay longer? Additional nights are £150 per night. Availability April-September inclusive.
What extras are included? Included is the use of the marque barn on the events venue for those rainy moments or perhaps for eating all together, huge fire pit area for cooking and marshmallow roasting. Not available for evening celebrations with music etc, please see our alternative packages if you are planning an evening celebration and music.
Forest School…….Two hours of forest school with staffed archery and air rifle are all part of the package, but you can add a whole day of wellbeing sessions or team building, we have lots of options from 3 to 6 hours of fun.
How many are included in this package? Maximum number of people included in this offer is 60, including children. For bigger numbers please see our celebration packages.
What must we avoid? Absolutely no amplified music for this hire……please see our celebration packages for parties that require more guests and an evening celebration.
What else can we add? Add in a Gin making experience at Wrekin Spirit.
Food options? We have some fabulous, affordable options for your feasting. See our upgrades page for food options…we can provide many of the extras or you can mix it up, a little of our provision & a little of yours or go for self catering.
